General information:

Custom, site specific designs (no filler required)
All windows, doors, etc. are custom sized and manufactured specifically for each order. There are no "stock sizes" used with filler in between.

Quick Installation
With a standard installation time of 2 - 5 days, Homeowners experience little or no disruption to their lives Uniform structural members create an aesthetically balanced design All vertical / horizontal members have a similar width / thickness, keeping uniform lines throughout the structure.

Full screens
Full screens allow either sash to operate, without opening the sunroom to pests / insects (vs. ½ screens which have a specific operating sash)

Thermally insulated (no exposed aluminum)
All structural aluminum components are insulated from the elements with a thick layer of warm vinyl. No exposed aluminum means the living space will be warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer

No exposed fasteners, inside or out
Our system eliminates exposed fasteners inside and out for a clean and refined look

Technical:

Superior Strength "Hurricane Header"
By utilizing a dual hollow load bearing header the Transitions Sunroom can withstand hurricane wind loads in excess of 150 MPH

Expandable and upgradeable
Because of the strength of the continuous "Hurricane Header", the layout of the room can be modified without dissembling the entire structure. This means doors can be added or window layouts can be changed in the future without major structural changes. Minor features can also be upgraded without major disassembly (I.E. solid fill upgraded to glass).

Independent Framing structure
Our room design uses an independent framing structure that allows the windows to be installed without being part of the structure of the room. Much like a home is built with the framing supporting the windows rather than most manufacturers who use the windows as part of the structural integrity of the room.

Factory fabricated
Each room is independently designed and engineered using Computer Aided Design (CAD) and pre-fabricated in a controlled environment using computer controlled saws and positioning systems. The room is shipped as a KD ("Knocked Down") kit for that particular customer. Most rooms are shipped as a box of long parts and the installers cut them as close as they can with a chop box in the driveway.
